Research has proven that our current lifestyles rob us of the balance that naturally prevents depression, anxiety, and illness. Some anxiety and sadness is a natural part of life, and happens as a result of events like loss of a loved one or a job, divorce, or long term illness.  Our wellbeing suffers when we are unable to deal effectively with this natural cycle of sadness, grief, or anger, and emerge on the other side healthier, stronger individuals who are able to cope with whatever adversity life presents us with.  We are bombarded with negative and violent media messages, packaged as news or entertainment. It can be difficult to maintain a healthy perspective in this maelstrom of negativity.
