A high-performance coach specializing in leadership effectiveness, Tracey Grove helps executives from diverse lines of business all over the world deal with individual and interpersonal issues, communication challenges, and organizational shifts. A Microsoft alum of almost 20 years, Tracey is intimately familiar with the complexities of working in a highly matrixed and competitive environment.

She leverages organizational psychology, neuroscience, cognitive behavioral and positive psychology approaches to help clients break down patterns of behavior that do not serve them well. Communication and organizational relationship theories are applied to help both individuals and leaders have authentic conversations that empower them and others to succeed. Finally, stress management techniques help build resilient individuals and organizations that are adaptable to a rapidly changing environment. Tracey’s focus is on increasing leader effectiveness, improving employee engagement, and creating cohesive, high-performing teams.

Her book, Taming the Sabertooth: Resilient Leadership in a Stressful World, explains these concepts in the context of communicating for clarity, challenging assumptions, controlling distractions and committing to recovery. The book represents the culmination of her 20 years of practice in working in corporations, consulting to organizations, and coaching individuals to deliver results.
